Yes. Clients may arrange visits. We typically recommend coming part way through your production run at a time when you can see both shoes that are in-process and shoes that are finished and coming off the production line. We can let customers know the production of shoes according to the needs of customers through pictures or videos.
You are provided with a confirmation sample prior to production that represents the level of quality that you expect. Our quality control guidelines are customized for each individual client and shoe style - not only to industry standards, but also to your specific requests.
Yes, we can design packaging, labels, etc. for customers according to the requirements of customers. For related questions, please consult our sales manager.
We can book both air and ocean freight through to exporting. This includes any loading, warehousing, trucking, and export clearance with local customs.
If you choose to hire your own shipping agent, we can work directly with them to provide all the paperwork you need for exporting and importing.
